With most IT problems, Remote Support is all that is required to get your problem fixed. Simply click on the relevant button at the top of our page to download and install a small application, and we’ll be able to connect on to your computer, so you can show us the problem you’re having and offer any assistance on how to get it fixed.
Once the issue’s sorted, you’ll be able to access a summary of all the work done and any details related to the fix via our new Customer Portal.
Sometimes however, the problem can’t be fixed just remotely. The issue may require further investigation and a site visit to better assess the situation. This is where our new Customer Portal really comes in handy.
